We tailor the offer to the customer’s needs and propose from 20 to even 160 business hours per month. As part of the services provided, the client is supported by our team of consultants and developers as well as the Product Owner, who manages the entire project and the team, and communicates with the client on an ongoing basis.

 

We care about the continuity of communication. That is why we organize weekly status calls as well as workshops and face-to-face meetings. We always answer all inquiries in a timely manner. We treat the customer as a partner – this approach works best!

 

In our daily work, we use Jira, Community Cloud, or a tool chosen by the client. As part of the package of hours, we fix errors, carry out minor configurations and modifications, and add new functionalities to the implemented Salesforce products.

 

We also identify our customers’ new needs – not only do we support but also develop their Salesforce platform. If it turns out that the need exceeds the support budget, we implement new, more complex functionalities under separate projects.
